The number of counter does not increase.
The number of counter increase 1 by 1 access. But the browser caching the counter images as other image files, so browser showing you the previous counter image even though the real counter are increased. Do not concern. Your counter works well.

How many counter can get normal users?
You can get maximum 20 counters per 1 ID, only if you select 20 counters when you sign up. This counter numbers that you can use cannot be modified after your selection.

I can't insert counter to my web pages. Why?
The most possible reason is just because your link is wrong. Check your correct link at the counter HELP page. And we recommend you not using WYSWYG HTML editors to insert counter link code into your web pages. Use plain editor like notepad to do this.

How can I configure my counter?
As you know, CGIWorld counter can be configured directly from the link code. More information about this is available in HELP page.

Please remove my counter.
If there is no access for a month, the counters will be removed, automatically. So just let it there, and forget it, unless you have any special reason to remove it, right now.

My sites have moved. What should I do?
Even if your site address were changed, the counter address is not changed. So you can use your counter as usual at user new pages.

How can I stop the increasement of the counters when I personally access to it for some check of my site?

Please change the number of my counter.
We do not change the user's counter number, unless there is any special reasonable reason. If you have any special reason to change it, mail to us.
