We provide chiness board to only board9 before. but chinatelecom block that ip and we don't know why block our server. so we change board9 ip address. you can visit and regist again on board9 server now. Thanks.

What is Holy WebBoard?

Holy Web Board is a CGI bulletin board.

You can use it by signing on our terms, registering to services and then insert the link into your pages. The real services are running in our server. So you can use it easily just by linking the address.

You'll get the appropriate address after all the registering step. And it is your board. Now, you can use it by linking it in your web pages. The administrator, maybe you, can configure and manage the board by the admin password that you have set in the registering step.
